Undergraduate Dissertation Student- Open to ideas!

I am an undergraduate student at the University of Exeter about to start my third (and final) year of studying BA Geography. I have a particular interest in Immigration Detention, particularly ethics, similarities with prison environments and public perceptions of the practice.
As a part of my degree I have been trained in the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
I am about to undertake a dissertation in this field and am open to suggestions about areas in which research would be useful.
